Protection Solution

We are living in an era of unprecedented uncertainty.

Across all sectors, keeping a germ-free environment has never been more important to the current health and safety issues that society is facing daily. We are excited to introduce an antimicrobial coating for hard surfaces that has been engineered to destroy viruses, bacteria and germs on surfaces to prevent the spread of micro-organisms.

Utilising advances in nanotechnology, this is  suitable for all industries. Anantimicrobial solution physically destroys 99.99% of viruses, bacteria and germs quickly, reducing their ability to spread from surface to surface and from surface to hosts.

It covers the surface with a layer of bacteria and germ destroying “nano swords”. These nano-swords draw deposited microbes down onto the sword rupturing them rendering them ineffective and unable to spread infection.

Antimicrobial Hard Surfaces coating is registered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) for use against COVID-19. ARTG #378356 is backed by extensive scientific lab reports conducted at Eurovir Hygiene-Labour Gmb EU. Nanoman Antimicrobial was tested to ISO 21702:2019 “Measurement of antiviral activity on non-porous surfaces”.

Antimicrobial solution is an invisible, long-lasting coating that can be applied to any hard surface and continues to destroy bacteria and germs 24/7 for up to 6 months after a single application. It is UV stable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Fabric Coating

Antimicrobial works in two ways.

Firstly, upon application it kills germs, viruses (including Covid-19) and bacteria within a couple of minutes, completely disinfecting the surface.  Secondly it then works by providing a “killing field” of billions of nano swords that both puncture and electrocute bacteria and germs making them ineffective and incapable of infecting a host. The nano swords are linked together and bonded to the surface at a molecular level, giving it long-lasting effectiveness and durability. It is this two pronged approach that is unique and superior to ordinary disinfectants which work only once and required constant re-application in order to be effective.

Typical disinfectant and surface cleaners work by chemically dissolving the lipid membrane of germs, destroying their protein structure and rendering them inert. The problem with this method of bacteria control is that it is a one off kill and germs can be deposited back on the cleaned surface almost immediately with the just completed cleaning have no residual effect. Antimicrobial nano solution works completely differently. After its initial application it goes to work immediately killing bacteria and germs, including Covid-19. It does this within 10 minutes of application and is registered by the TGA as effective against Covid-19. After the initial surface application, Antimicrobial leaves behind a firewall against new contamination by placing millions of nano swords on the surface that continue to destroy bacteria and germs for up to 6 months. It kills 99% of bacteria within 30 minutes of contact, climbing to 99.99% within 3 hours, making it one of the most effective surface protections against bacteria and germs available.

In view of these substantial benefits, it’s only a logical step for workplace health and safety regulators and decision makers to consider making antimicrobial nano protective solution a compulsory element in their protective measures. By doing so, they’re not only securing their present but also safeguarding their future.

Application

How is Antimicrobial applied?

For best results we recommend giving the surface a thorough clean first using warm soapy water or other regular household cleaner.  The reason for this is that all surfaces over time develop a bio-film which should be removed first in order to get best use out of the Antimicrobial coating.  It’s a bit like applying a wax to a car, you would never apply the wax on top of a dirty car, you would always clean it first.  After this initial clean apply the Antimicrobial to the clean surface by spraying on and rubbing in thoroughly with a soft clean cloth. This will sterilise the surface and once dried (cured) leave a layer of nano swords behind that will go on killing microbes for at least 6 months.

If applying commercially or to very large areas we recommend using an Electrostatic Sprayer for application. Please contact us for further details about this.

How long does it take coating to set?

Antimicrobial requires at least 10 minutes to dry during which time the surface should remain completely dry and untouched. It requires a further 6 hours curing time for it to molecularly bond with a surface and become fully functional. We recommend the surface remain untouched during this curing phase.
